Rates

We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates.  This is a non smoking rental and unfortunately pets are not allowed.  All rentals will include a $500 refundable damage deposit and a $100 cleaning fee.  The deposit and cleaning fee may increase depending on your length of stay.

Daily rates (minimum 2 night stay): 

M-Th $400/night

F-Sun $500/night

Weekly rate is $2500 and monthly rates are available upon request.

Why not enrich your visit to the Central Coast wine country by staying on a working Vineyard?  We are an 80 acre ranch with 30 planted acres of Cabernet (7 year old vines) and newly grafted over varietals (2008) consisting of Albarino, Malbec and Petit Verdot.  Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath house can accommodate up to six people with excellent views of surrounding Vineyards, Wineries and Almond Orchards.  The house has been newly furnished and decorated.  It has a living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen with center island and garage parking. The house also has a new Washer and Dryer and central air/heat.  You can spend the day tasting wine and come back to your country get away for a dip in the pool or a night in the Jacuzzi with an amazing view of the stars for the astronomer at heart!  Although you'll be in the country, you'll still be connected to the world with wireless internet (no computer), and a 37" Plasma Flatscreen with Satellite TV and a local telephone line. 

The house is also situated on Union Road, and you will have numerous tasting rooms within minutes....Bianchi, Rio Seco and Tobin James only to mention a few.  We are a few miles from Highway 46, which would put you over to Firestone, EOS or many other of the Wineries on the Eastside or Westside of Paso Robles or the rest of the Central Coast!
